The app won't let me use itself. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it x3, not even with a new account anotherone4agirl48 — Aug 06, 2018 07:49AM PDT

I've had a MFP app since summer 2015. Since then I uninstalled it from my Android phone to free up space. I now wanted and needed to have it, again, and something crazy is happening. After successfully installing the app, I can't either use my old email to retrieve, or log in with new email and password (a whole new account I created on desktop website). Just keeps telling me that it's invalid, they can't confirm or try again. I've already written an email to the team, but I've only gotten a bot answer with faqs that were not helpful. I start wondering if my phone is just incompatible (it's ASUS Zenfone 5, Kitkat Android version)... CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME? I love MFP and I'll keep trying to figure it out until I get it to work on my phone. Who wants to write everything you eat on the go, and then go to your laptop at the end of the day and log everything in? Aren't smartphones made to simplify life?
