UA Apps not syncing tpdickey — Aug 06, 2018 12:56PM PDT

My Record, Mapmyrun, and Myfitnesspal are not syncing. I see my runs in mmr and uar, but not mfp. Exercises I log in mfp are not syncing to uar. I am logged into all apps with the same username/password combination. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Can you try relinking the accounts from MapMyRun’s end online to see if that will help with future syncs?

To do this, go to http://www.mapmyrun.com/workout/import/dashboard/ and find the MyFitnessPal box which should have a green check in the right corner. Hover over the green check to reveal a red minus sign and click that to reveal a Disconnect option. Click that and then OK to disconnect.

Once that is done, go the the black + in the MyFitnessPal box, click it and then click Connect at MyFitnessPal to link once more.

This will relink both MapMyRun and Record with MyFitnessPal
