Error when trying to view profile from website jules159 — Aug 08, 2018 09:45AM PDT

For weeks no one, including myself has been able to view my profile from the website. An error pops up every time saying:
There was a problem with your request
Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue.
Any known timeline or fix for this issue? I don't see where there have been any updates posted and it's been going on for a long time.
