does the steps from my fitbit adjust my maco amounts Gslay — Aug 09, 2018 06:13AM PDT
I sync my Fitbit Hr 2 with MFP. I recently checked the Enable Negative. That was awesome because my steps (calorie burn estimate) crossed over, but I do not want my calorie or macros to adjust. Is there a way to do that. I really want to see the "if everyday like today" based on my stable calorie/macro numbers.
