Fitbit won't disconnect Catelynn324 — Aug 09, 2018 09:49AM PDT

I have tried to disconnect an old Fitbit App and every i disconnect, it reconnects. I read the forum questions and followed the link in the previous questions, but that didn't work. I added an apple watch but it won't take the data from the watch because the Fitbit is still connected.

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I do not see a Fitbit account linked to Catelynn324.

To set your Apple Watch as the Steps source, first launch the MyFitnessPal app on the Watch. If you do not see the MyFitnessPal app on your Apple Watch, launch the Apple Watch app form your iPhone and download the MyFitnessPal Watch app.

After you have launched MyFitnessPal on the Apple Watch, go to your iPhone, launch MyFitnessPal there, and tap More>Steps>Apple Watch and you should be taken to a page to turn some Categories On. Turn them on and then tap More>Settings>Sharing & Privacy>HealthKit Sharing and you’ll be taken to another page to turn On more Categories. This should relink your Apple Watch and HealthKit.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.

Regards,
Bruce
