Can't log into app mpalmerct — Aug 11, 2018 11:04AM PDT
I had not used the app for a while and am starting back with it. I tried to log in and got a log in failed question. I tried to reset the password in the app and got a message that the email was not recognized. I then logged into the website using my original email and password without a problem. While on the website I changed the password thinking that may help with the app but it didn't.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no difference.
