News Feed not updating enkoni — Feb 13, 2019 04:03AM PST

(This question was just posted but I was somehow logged in under an old account which I recently deleted...please disregard the other)

Hi! My home page shows absolutely nothing in my news feed, despite my having made posts and my friends having liked and commented on them, and having made their own posts which I've liked and commented on (I can see some things on my phone app but not the main site). My own news feed on the site is totally empty. Have I forgotten to enable a setting somewhere or something? Thanks!

It's not working, I just reposted under the account that I'm actually using now. News feed is still completely blank.

Would you mind trying a couple of things for us to see if they help resolve your issue?

Could you first try clearing your cache or deleting your cookies? The following links should assist you with either:

EMPTYING YOUR BROWSER’S CACHE

If you are using Safari 6 or later, the correct instructions are here

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or higher, please note that you should uncheck the “preserve data for favorite websites” option if you have MyFitnessPal favorited or bookmarked.

CLEARING YOUR BROWSER’S COOKIES

If the issue continues, can you confirm for me the username on the account with the issue?
