Problems connecting Myfitnesspal with Polar Flow app david_garzon98 — May 23, 2019 10:56AM PDT

Hello, I've not been able to connect Myfitnesspal with the Polar Flow app. I follow the instructions on the myfitnesspal app but when I go to apps and devices and select polar flow I'm never able to select the connect option (it's greyed out in spite I have the app and the watch already synchronized). When I go to the Polar app, get into the general settings menu and try to select MYFitnessPal I always get the note "syncing data with service failed". I had an Iphone 7 and it didn't work, I just updated to an Iphone XR and I'm getting the exact same message. I updated all apps to the latest versions, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps and still doesn't work.

Can you please help me?
