Hi there.

Sorry for any difficulty with locating the option to email us, although, it appears that you have emailed us before. Your support history is showing an email case from June last year. Nevertheless, we will certainly pass on the feedback to our developers that it could be made easier to find.

In the mobile app, you will want to open the menu, select Help, followed by FAQ/Feedback, where you should see Contact Us and Email Us when you scroll to the bottom.

On the website once you click on Help, to the right of your username at the top, you should see a box on the right, which says “Don’t see the answer to your question?” with options to Post a Public Question Or Email Us.

Onto the matter at hand. When you initiate Premium in the iOS app, the renewable subscription transactions are managed by the App Store, per Apple policy. If you’ve followed the steps to cancel it there, and it is showing as cancelled, or is no longer listed as one of your subscriptions, you should be good to go. If you require additional confirmation you will want to reach out to the Apple Support, as we do not have access to their subscription management tools or your Apple ID account.

To view/manage your subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
-Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
-Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. …
-Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
-Tap the subscription that you want to manage. …
-Use the options to manage your subscription.

For more information, please see this article from Apple to learn how to manage or cancel a recurring subscription (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039).

Our apologies that we could not be of more direct assistance with this matter. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

We invite you to continue using our free version afterwards and wish you the best with your health and fitness goals.

Warm Regards,
Logan
