This issue has been occurring in the past 24 hours frequently. What is causing this? When will these issues be corrected?

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one! I have been getting a ton of this as well. Yesterday it multiplied my breakfast entry by 20+. The only way to clear them out was to delete each one.
