MFP not syncing with Fitbit or Polar Beat roden2014 — Jun 07, 2019 05:41AM PDT

I know there is an ongoing issue (AGAIN) with syncing to Fitbits, but mine was working last night finally. This morning, it's not syncing with Fitbit anymore, and now it's also not syncing with Polar Beat. SO FREAKING ANNOYING!!! Please fix these issues!

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. The issue with Fitbit is still not resolved. At this time some users will see no data syncing, while some may see some data syncing sporadically. We understand the importance of this data and we are working on resolving this as soon as we can. We apologize for the inconvenience.

During this time, please do not relink your accounts, as this will worsen the backlog. We will post any updates on the issue here, so please check back.

For Polar, could you try relinking your Polar account to see if that will help?

You can do so in the Polar app. Open the Menu and tap Settings,scroll to MyFitnessPal, and turn it off from here. Enable it once more to reconnect.

Once the accounts have been linked again, please return to the MyFitnessPal app on your iOS device, and open the Menu or “More” screen. Next select Steps and click on Polar to make it your primary source for our step tracking feature.
