Fitbit Sync Issue abanytime — Jun 07, 2019 05:53AM PDT

Hi, please provide a better update to the Fitbit Sync issue than the generic statement posted about being aware of the issue and working on it. This has been an ongoing issue since June 3 with no apparent resolution in sight.
