myfitnesspal not syncing with fitbit carinrundl — Jun 07, 2019 05:56AM PDT

So, it has been a week now and still nothing has been fixed. The typical response of your team indicating that there is a huge backlog just isn't good enough. When is this issue going to be resolved? This is not just a 1 time issue; it happens all the time with this app. I have problems on an off with this app not syncing to my fitbit.
