MyFitnessPal and Fitbit are synced but will not record. stacy_heather — Jun 07, 2019 07:27AM PDT

MyFitnessPal is linked with my Fitbit. The only way that I can get the steps from the Fitbit to register is to manually do it from the full sight. It will not do it through the app. I have disconnected (several times) and then reconnected. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled and linked the apps (several times) and I have repeatedly checked my settings to make sure that I have granted permissions for these apps to work. I have followed several question chains and searched for suggestions but everything posted that I found I have tried and nothing works. What can I do?
