Can't log in on my phone moonpants — Jun 07, 2019 08:31AM PDT

I was having the fitbit sync issues, and didn't realize it was system wide. Thinking maybe a restart or a logout/login would help I tried them. Once I logged out on my Android though, I couldn't log back in. So I then tried a password reset. Still cannot log in on my phone. Just logged in ok on my laptop with the password, but my phone is not working.

I very much rely on MFP to track my daily calories and exercise and will look for another app if this continues much longer. I have no choice.

Is there anything I can do to at least get me logged back in on my phone to track calories?

And as soon as I posted this, out of desparation, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I was able to log in! So yay for that at least!

Hi there,

Perfect! Glad you’re back in, thanks for letting us know.

We are aware some users were experiencing server errors and/or sync issues with the app and website. Issues may include data not syncing, inability to access recipes and duplicate entries logged. Our team is investigating these on our end and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. If you are still getting a sync error, please try force quitting the app and then go back into it to see if that helps. If not, some users have had success using our website at but errors could also occur there.

We will post updates regarding these issues here.

Again our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do hope otherwise you are enjoying the program. We wish you nothing but success in reaching and maintaining all of your health and fitness goals.

Warm Regards,
