Copleting diary for the day snowtiger8719 — Jun 08, 2019 08:33AM PDT

Since the latest update, I get an error message and cannot complete the diary for the day from the app. I can do it on-line. Any help? Thanks

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are aware that users are receiving a server error when trying to complete their Diary in the Android app and that their entries are not syncing to the website. We are currently working on a resolution. We hope to have a fix in place as soon as possible.

For now, we would recommend using the website at to make sure your entries are backed up to our servers. We will post any updates on the issue here
