IOS App Reminder Notification Broken cemalyasar — Jun 09, 2019 01:15PM PDT
I created meals reminder. But the app couldn't notify me. I gave all permissions to the app. My all notification options are ON. Why the app didn't notify me?
I would be most grateful if you would look into this matter as soon as possible.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble with your reminders. Would you mind checking a few settings for the phone itself to see if we might be able to find the problem? While you are on the home screen of your phone (not in the app), could you please tap “Settings” and then “Notifications”.
Once in “Notifications” please scroll down until you find MyFitnessPal. Tap on MyFitnessPal and be sure you have chosen either “Banner” or “Alerts” for your preferred alert style. Also please make sure you allow the alerts to be shown in your notification center as well as on the lock screen. Please see attached screen shot for additional help. Also please note, even though there is an option in your device setting to have sounds turned on, our app currently does not support notification sounds.
Once you have verified that your actual device settings are allowing for the reminders from MyFitnessPal, can you please then go into the app and then go to the menu (or “More” page), then “Reminders” and make sure you have set up your reminders the way you would prefer. As a reminder, once you have logged your first entry in the specific meal category selected, the reminder will no longer go off. It will only set if you do not log any entries at all for that specific meal category.
