Exercise calories burnt is showing very high numbers sworlikar — Jun 10, 2019 08:05AM PDT
Earlier for 16000 steps in fitbit it used to burn 400-500 calories. Now somehow it's showing over 3000. Calories burnt is not correct and so not showing correct numbers.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We are currently experiencing some issues with out Fitbit integration that could be related to your issue. However, we can still check some things to see if it is a different issue.
Looking at your Saturday and Sunday this past weekend, I can see high adjustments. Can you let me know what Fitbit says your total Calorie burn for the day is for Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th is so we can take a closer look?

Thanks for getting back to us. Looking at your adjustment details for those days, it looks like the numbers we posted from Fitbit do match what Fitbit recorded and sent over for those days, meaning the sync is working correctly. We would recommend following up with Fitbit for more information on why you are receiving a higher Calorie burn.
Some things to check would be your profile information on Fitbit’s end to make sure it is all correct.
All the best,

Thank you. I checked Fitbit profile and my weight was somehow updated incorrectly to 190 kgs instead of 68.5kgs. Would That be the cause? The weight updates go from myfitnesspal to fitbit

An incorrect weight entry can cause this error. Once corrected, the total Calorie burn from Fitbit should return to normal, which will lead to the adjustments appearing in MyFitnessPal to show what you are use to.
