When will Fitbit steps start to reappear in the MyFitnessPal app again? silverskull10 — Jun 11, 2019 06:53AM PDT
It's been just over a week since the issue with FitBit steps/exercises not showing up in the app, started. How far through the backlog are we and how much longer before we can expect to be able to see the data in the MFP app again.
I'm in that interesting grey zone where I don't know if the problem should be gone or not.

Our sincerest apologies for any issues with your connected Fitbit account. We are aware of Fitbit sync issues and our team is currently investigating this on our end. As of Thursday, we believe we have identified the root cause and implemented a fix for it.
Due to the extent of the outage, our backlog of Fitbit sync requests is still extraordinarily high. This backlog continued to process over the weekend, and sync has returned as normal for most, but not all, of our members. As it continues to catch up, the rest of our affected members will start to see their data start to sync. Until the backlog is clear, there will still be a delay in sync.
We continue to recommend not relinking your accounts, as this will further increase the backlog of sync requests that need to process, and extend resolution time.
