Not Syncing to My Fitbit TM2983 — Jun 11, 2019 08:45PM PDT

You say the problem has been fixed yet your app still is not syncing my exercise or adjusting my calorie count. Ive tried removing your app and reopening it but no change. When will your app start syncing and working correctly? This is very frustrating!

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Are you still having issues with the Fitbit integration? Currently I can see that the accounts are connected and that there is adjustment and step data for today. If you are still having issues, please do let us know.

Looks like there is an error with the token for the account. We have refreshed the Fitbit connection from our end. Can you revoke access from Fitbit’s end and see if that will help? To do this, log in at www.fitbit.com and click the gear icon, then Settings>Applications. Click Revoke Access for MyFitnessPal.

This should refresh your link on both sides, instead of just one. You can then link them again at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30.

Once relinked, please be sure to set Fitbit as the Steps source once again.

SAME - i deleted the app and reopened as well - still nothing!!
