This site does no help gain weight. sheryl238 — Jun 11, 2019 09:46PM PDT

I have being ovwer 2,000 calories stopped cardio only doing strength training and no weight gain. This site is
very general on that ... It has helped me with the nutritionist to see what i am eating so helpful that way and
any medical issues it is good for that also. I am not looking at numbers anymore on the site . It is better to
feel free and gain youself by healthy foods not stressing out on a website. sheryl

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for the feedback. We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties meeting the goals you anticipated. There are so many factors that could contribute to why the program is not working the way you hoped, which make it extremely difficult to say, why in your particular situation, it is not working exactly as you planned. Weight gain and loss does vary for each individual.

You may be able to find some helpful tips and recommendations via our “community” section online at https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ or within our iOS and Android apps. Many of our users have had impressive success and have a lot of experience and wisdom to share. A great link to start with is http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/success-stories

As always, your best resource is a consultation with your physician or nutritionist. Please consider this option, as no input from members or the site should be considered a substitute for medical advice.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or feedback.

Regards,
Bruce
