FITBIT CHARGE 3 NOT SYNCING jbrower9614 — Jun 12, 2019 01:38PM PDT

I can't get my Charge 3 to sync on my fitness pal. I have done everything listed below. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. I have deleted my first fitness pal account and LOST ALL MY HISTORY :( and still nothing. What can I do to make it sync?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I have reviewed your account and everything seems to be syncing as expected since your successful relink on 6/12. I can see a daily Fitbit adjustment in your Exercise Diary, most recently today, as of 4:40pm, and a step count total of >11,000 steps. Are you not seeing this within your account?
