login fail in app scibba — Jun 13, 2019 10:35AM PDT

I can not log in using the app - using galaxy s8
i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still is not working. I can log in on my computer

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for bringing this to our attention. We are aware some users are not able to log in, receiving server errors while using the app, unable complete their diary or having issues with the barcode scanner and syncing between platforms. Our team has identified the issue and are working on a fix. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.
