Synching problem with Fitbit joezepup — Jun 13, 2019 11:00AM PDT

I've been pretty patient with this failure to synch for over a week now and have tried a few things, including logging out and in, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. but no luck. Now, I can log back into MyFitnessPal on my desktop but my android gives me a "LOGIN Failed - We were unable to connect to the server to log you in" message, and asks if I want to try again ... and again ... and again...!!! Very frustrated. Is there a number I can call to talk to someone?
