Android App Can't Login Erik3469 — Jun 13, 2019 11:39AM PDT

I have uninstalled and re-installed the Android App on my Galaxy S7 phone several times and I still CANNOT login. I have no problem logging into MFP via the computer.

Any suggestions to fix this problem?

We are aware some users are receiving server errors while using the app. This may have an effect with logging in, completing diaries, database search including use of barcode scanners and profile information displaying properly.
