I can't seem to save recipes met00 — Jul 12, 2019 05:54PM PDT

Whenever I try to save recipes, I keep getting this "Unable to Sync Recipes". What can be done to fix this?

Thanks for posting and sorry for any trouble. Would you please let us know which platform you are using, i.e. the website, the iOS app, or the Android app. Please also tell us the exact steps that you are taking so we can replicate them on our end.

If you are using the website, please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to see if that helps. If not, it would be helpful to know the following: What type of device you are using (mobile or a computer), which version of it’s operating system it is running, and which web browser you are using. If you have a moment to help us troubleshoot it, please also try using an alternate browser to see if the trouble follows you there or if it’s specific to the original browser.

If you are using the app, please try force quitting and reopening it. If still seeing the behavior, the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the app. If neither has resolved the issue, please let us know: what model device you have, which version of its operating system its running, and which version of the app is currently installed.
