How do I delete or cancel my account?

We're sorry to hear that you're no longer interested in using MyFitnessPal. Please remember that our program is completely free to join and to use. If you have a minute, we'd love to hear more about how it did not meet your needs.  We're continuing to make improvements and your feedback would be greatly appreciated. To reach us directly, select "Email Us" on any screen of the Support Center

In order to delete your account, you will need to sign in online at Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use in the app.

Once you've logged in, click "My Home" then "Settings" then "Delete account."

Please note that if you delete your account it cannot be recovered. If you decide to try MyFitnessPal again, you'll need to choose a new username the next time.
