How do I delete or cancel my account?

We're sorry to hear that you're no longer interested in using MyFitnessPal. Please remember that our program is free to join. If you have a minute, we'd love to hear more about how it did not meet your needs.  We're continuing to make improvements, and your feedback would be greatly appreciated. To reach us directly, select "Email Us" on any screen of the Support Center

To delete your account, you will need to sign in online at Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use in the app.

Once you've logged in, click "My Home" then "Settings" then "Delete account."

Please note if you delete your account it cannot be recovered.  Please also note it may also take our outbound email system up to 72 hours to remove you from our email rotation.
