Known Issues: iOS App

If the issue you're reporting is listed below, it's on our radar and under investigation. Where appropriate, we will note any temporary workarounds. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues. In all cases, a fix is in the works.

Bug: News feed not showing on iPad for some users. SERVS-3464

Bug: Scanner light is not coming on in low light, after updating to iOS 10 on iPhone 5 & 5s iOS_7024

Bug: When logging weight in stones/pounds, currently unable to log decimal amounts iOS-6849 
     Additional info: Hang in there, we'll be bringing it back as soon as possible.OS-6812

Bug: When negative adjustments are enabled the iOS adjustment line item disappears. SERVS-3068

Bug: Foods logged are disappearing from the Food Diary shortly after being logged.  iOS-2349    
     
Workaround: Reinstalling the app resolves this for most members.

Fixed in 7.2: When copying diary entries to another date, it drops 1 entry from the 1st meal / App stating Negative Adjustments are disabled, when they are on and working. iOS-681228
