App Won't Open deboralcs — Oct 11, 2015 06:09AM PDT

Does anyone else have trouble with the Android app consistently (every day or two) not opening? On top of the known issues listed (food disappears after you log it), the app not opening has made it fairly unusable for me.

Hey thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry for the issue that you’re experiencing. Would you please let us know which version of the Android operating system your are running and also which version of the MyFitnessPal app you have installed? if you are able to open the app, please go to the Menu screen , then select Help, followed by About Us, and let us know the app version number displayed there.
