The BodyCoach has set me a macro routine which I have set up using the 'Set Daily Goals' function (macros for training days and macros for resting days), however you can only set up Carbohydrates / Protein / Fat only but I need to add Sugar to differentiate between my Training (64g) and Resting days (40g) - how do I do this?
Further to this, I have set up Set Daily Goals for the training and non training days to which days I THINK I will train, however if I decide to swap my days week in and week out what is the best way to update my macros to reflect this on the days I swap without changing my Default settings?

Hey thanks for posting your question. Currently the Different Goals by Day feature does not include Sugar and the other nutrients. Nor id there a way to quickly temporarily alter your different daily goals. Sorry for any inconvenience the current limitations may present for you. We will definitely look into possibly adding these functions for future updates. We greatly appreicate your taking a moment to let us know which additions would enhance your experience.
