Food and lost weight not syncing from MFP App to Website alexdavidwilliams — Oct 21, 2015 09:40AM PDT

Hello. When I lose weight and check-in on my app it never updates. It always just says 0lb lost. The days do update themselves and I have no problem looking through them to see previous days but they do not sync to the website. When I look on the website all of my days that I have been using the app are empty? I have signed out and back in on the app and it's up to date with all its updates from the Market Store but no joy. The only way it will show if I lose weight is to update it on the website version and it syncs through to my phone.

Hey thanks for posting your question. Would you please let us know the steps that you are using to log your weight in the app? Keep in mind that while your newsfeed will show you weight loss between weigh ins, the weight loss displayed on your home page is only looking at overall weight loss from your start date to now. If either of these entries are incorrect you may go back and edit them.

If you’d like to change your starting weight and date, remove erroneous entries, or add weight entries prior to your start date with MyFitnessPal, you have to do so online by logging into our website at http://www.myfitnesspal.com. Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use in the app.

Once you’ve logged in, click “My Home”, then “Check-in”, then “Edit Previous Entries”. On that page, you can delete weight entries, or add new entries for any date . Any changes you make will be synced to the app automatically once the app is connected to the internet.
