How do I change from daily to weekly goals karenurbatchka — Oct 22, 2015 05:22PM PDT

The app defaults to a certain number of calories allowed per day, which fluctuates with exercise. How do I see how many calories I may be over or under on a weekly basis? If I know I'm going to have a big night out, I sometimes like to save up my calories so that I have a surplus and don't have to stick to a daily allotment like 1600 on a particular day. Please help. All of my other apps have allowed for that...even weight watchers will give you a certain number of weekly points to use.

Hey thanks for posting your question.Many members do actually follow a “week by week” goal instead of a “daily” goal and still have success. If you would like, you can also try this method. You can find your weekly totals in the Android, iPad and iPhone apps in the Nutrition page of the apps.

On Android, tap “Nutrition” in the menu. On iPhone and iPad, scroll to the bottom of the food diary page to find the Nutrition button, or, as a shortcut, tap the Summary row at the top of the Diary page (where your exercise and food calories are totaled).

On the Nutrition page, tap on “weekly” and you can switch between three reporting options at the top: Calorie Breakdown, Nutrient Details, and Net Calories.
