Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to post in the MyFitnessPal support center. Can you please let me know exactly what food analysis you’re trying to find, so I can point you in the right direction? Also please let me know what platform you’re accessing the program from.

I'm looking for my progress report or a tally of weekly calories and exercise.

Hello,

The options we currently have available can be found online at www.myfitnesspal.com. Mobile app users should log in using the same username and password they use in the app.

Once you’ve logged in, click the “Reports” tab. There you can choose individual reports for fitness, nutrition, and progress, as well as the time frames you would like to view.

You can also click the “Food” tab, then click the “View Full Report (Printable)” button towards the bottom of the screen, which will take you to a page with a printer-friendly view of your diary. You can customize this report for the time frame you would like, for a range of up to a year, showing the following data: Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Cholesterol, Sodium, Sugars and Fiber.

If you would like to view your past weight entries in a numeric form, while online you can click “My Home”, then “Check-in”, then “Edit Previous Entries”. On that page, you can view all your past weight and date entries in a numeric form.

Regards,
Maximiliano
