Information not consistent across platforms punkrockgoth — Oct 28, 2015 07:31AM PDT

I just recently upgraded to Premium from the Android App. I am able to use and edit my features from my phone no problems. However, when I log in to the website or on my iPad, these features are not consistent. I have the latest version of iOS and MFP is up to date.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you are not seeing your subscription on the additional platforms, please double-check to make sure that you are logging in with the exact same username and password in all areas. If you are still experiencing the issue, please tell us what you are seeing when you visit the Premium tab on the site and in the iOS app. Since the platforms are different, the features may not be identical on every device. Please also check your iPad to make sure that you are running the current version of the app, with the Under Armour logo in the upper left corner of the icon. If your app has the “HD” in the lower right corner of the icon, you will want to install the new version from the App Store, in order to see and access the Premium features.
