Hello, It is just not performing the way I expected. Please help me receive a refund. I love Myfitnesspal. Just need the basic back. Thank you!

We are sorry to hear you have not found what you were looking for in the Premium option. We would love to hear some additional feedback on what exactly you did not like about it, or what you anticipated it would be, as we plan on adding improvements and additional features to the premium option in the future.

In order to cancel your current subscription, you will need to send a request for cancellation of your renewal using the same platform on which you originally paid. As noted upon purchase, the initial subscription is non refundable, however you can cancel auto renewal at anytime and your current subscription will continue until that initial period has lapsed.

Since you purchased the subscription via the Play store, you would need to contact them directly regarding any payment concerns, as there is no way for us to have access to that payment on our end. Currently, premium features have an option of setting custom nutrition goals for different days of the week, as well as choosing goals set in grams, customizing the ratio of nutrients that exercise calories add to one’s goals, or even opting out of eating back exercise calories entirely. The Premium version of Quick-Add allows for macronutrient values in addition to calories.

Other aspects of the upgrade include specialized content, an ad-free experience on the web and in our apps, and expedited customer support. The premium experience will be an ongoing one with specific content and features available only for Premium members.
