Custom Goals don't synch lebuda — Jan 01, 2016 10:05AM PST

My custom goals (calories, macros) do not synch from desktop profile to phone app (restarted both without success). Correct goals / macros in grams on desktop, something entirely different on my phone.

Thanks for posting regarding the issue. Sorry for the trouble you are seeing with the goals. If you haven’t yet, please take moment to make sure that you have logged in, on both platforms, with the exact same username. If the usernames are the same, please verify that your food and exercise entries have reached the website. If everything is showing in your diary there, next try deleting the app from your phone and then reinstalling it. This should force it to pull down the correct goal info from the site when you log in with the same username showing on the site. Please follow up with us if you are still seeing different goals in the app.

reinstalling phone app fixed the issue.

Had the same issue. Seems like a bug. Kinda dumb to have to reinstall.....
