Website terribly slow. Whn will we get a Win10 app? DrRoyceJohnson — Jun 06, 2016 10:44AM PDT

Running MS Edge on a Win10 Surface, the constantly updated dancing ads bog down the Food Diary / Add Food function so much that it takes about 30 seconds before the text-entry boxes will accept typing input. I don't object to ads. I object to them interfering with the basic functions of your service.

Most obvious solution? A Win10 app.

Hello,

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty with the website. Would you mind trying a couple things for us to see if they help resolve your issue? Could you first try clearing your cache or deleting your cookies? The following links should help you with either:

EMPTYING YOUR BROWSER’S CACHE
http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser’s-Cache

If you are using Safari 6 or later, the correct instructions are here http://applehelpwriter.wordpress.com/2012/08/02/how-to-empty-caches-in-safari-6

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or higher, please note that you should uncheck the “preserve data for favorite websites” option if you have MyFitnessPal favorited or bookmarked.

CLEARING YOUR BROWSER’S COOKIES

We hope one of these steps has helped resolve the issue. However, if not, we will do all we can to have the problem resolved for you as soon as possible. We truly appreciate all your help in helping us diagnose the issue, as well as your patience and understanding.

Regards,
Maximiliano
