Home page NOT loading anything SuzeQFIT — Aug 18, 2016 06:06AM PDT

Anyone else having this issue? No home page, no feeds, no stats... food works fine, exercise works fine, friends are still there, no feed access on friends pages, no feed or anything on my home page.

Hi Guys,

We’ve opened a ticket with out engineers to investigate the issue with the Home screen not loading in Internet Explorer and the android native mobile browser. We will do what we can to get this fixed as soon as possible. Users have let us know that when they try it in Chrome it is loading successfully, so you may use that as a workaround in the meantime. We really appreciate your patience as we look into it. We have also added the issue to our known issues page and you may check back there for updates on the issue.

don't have premium, but understand the frustration - I like communicating through the day with my friends... I have reported it via email to them with pictures, so hopefully it will be resolved soon!

Thanks for posting and for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for the trouble with your Home page not loading correctly. Would you please help us investigate further by providing some additional info?

Please let us know the following:

Is you Home page not loading at all, i.e. not seeing your calorie summary at the top either, or is it specifically the newsfeed that is not loading?
Please let us know which type of computer you are using, Mac or Windows.
Which version of it’s operating system it is running
Which browser you are using to access the site (including it’s version)?
Have you tried using an alternate browser and if so is the issue seen there as well?

We greatly appreciate you taking a minute to provide the helpful information and especially your patience as we look into it for you. We will do what we can to locate the source and fix the issue as efficiently as possible.

Hi - my home page is not loading either.
Using Windows 7
*nothing shows on the home page - no picture, no calories, no newsfeed.

I went to profile - picture shows there.
Went to friends profile - no newsfeed.

*One other thing I noticed - on my Friends list - everyone shows the last log in three days ago - but I know they are all on-line today.

?? Hey - had a thought...

my friends are showing three days old information... is the page sticking because it is trying to load a day that is already "closed?" I know the calorie calculator just keeps cycling and cycling... so nothing else loads. And that might be the issue with the news feed, too.

I have Windows 7, I use Internet Explorer 11 and I'm having the same issues with the main page feed and calories not loading and the feed on my profile page not loading either. The rest of my profile is fine, exercise is fine, food is fine, just the feeds are not loading (or constantly trying to load).

I can also access the community forums with no issues.

I am also having trouble seeing the homepage for the last few days. I use Safari on my Mac laptop and desktop. every once in awhile it has worked but yes as others have said, I have always been able to go to add exercise or to add food.

I sent tech help a screenshot. My feed is blank for 3 days now. Sounds like a systemic bug
