not able to connect fitbit aria angienicholas4016 — Sep 18, 2016 02:40PM PDT

it says I have more then one account hooked up to the scale. I just started using the scale and only have one myfitnesspal account that the site will let me log into. how do I fix this as it would make weigh in's much easier.

Hey thanks for posting your question. Sorry that you are running into an issue connecting your accounts. It’s very possible that you may have accidentally created more than one MyFitnessPal account in the past, and your Fitbit is linked to a different account. Currently, you can only have Fitbit linked to one MyFitnessPal account at a time.

Would you mind trying to go to your Fitbit account, and then settings, then applications. find where your MyFitnessPal is currently linked, and hit the “revoke access” button. Then can you wait about 15 minutes, and then log into your current MyFitnessPal account, then go to the main “apps” tab, find Fitbit and try linking the accounts again.

I did that and it still says the same thing I had an account for myfitnesspal under the email
could it be that account the thing is I can not log into that account for some reason or my email account
