My Runtastic data are not syncing to myfitnesspal. The App is shown to be successfully linked in my Runtastic settings but it does not list under "connected" in myfitnesspal. I tried dis- and re-connecting as well as deleting and re-installing the app.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. After checking the status of your account from our end, we’re still not showing that the integration has successfully linked from our end. Can you please try linking to Runtastic through our website by going to Runtastic Integration

From there, please click “Connect” and then enter in your Runtastic information in order to integrate the two together.
