FitBit Sync - Steps not working on MFP BostonTrish2012 — Sep 28, 2016 04:41AM PDT

Hi! While the FitBit app has the MFP data ... the MFP app is not syncing the FitBit steps. FitBit is the chosen steps tracker in the MFP app. It worked great - until the ios 10.0.2 update. No - no info recording. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Would you mind trying to tap on the Fitbit adjustment in the Diary portion of your app, and then go back to the home screen to see if your steps have now being displayed?

I am having a similar problem - with MFP on my desktop computer. My fitbit device has synced with the fitbit app. on my computer, but the info hasn't transferred to MFP all day. Please advise.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for any trouble with your fitbit integration. Please try relinking your accounts to se if a fresh connection will correct the issue. Once relinked, please also reselect fitbit as your step source in MyFitnessPal, track a few hundred new steps and then manually initiate a sync in fitbti, followed by another one in MyFitnessPal.
