Paid for premium but received nothing EmikoMizuno — Oct 01, 2016 06:53PM PDT

I subscribed to the yearly membership for premium features through the iTunes store, my subscriptions says that I am subscribed until Oct 1 2017 but the app on my phone won't allow me to access the premium features and tells me I need to purchase the subscription even though I already did. Please resolve my issue by allowing me to access the premium features or refund my purchase
