App Will Not Accept Exercise droakley1689a — Oct 08, 2016 07:36PM PDT

Why does the app delete exercises? I have gotten used to the fact that it deletes any inside ride I do imported from Garmin when the ride is inside (why, I have no idea---it just does). But today I did a 105 mile bike ride with 5,600 ft. of ascent---a pretty healthy 3,468 calories burned in just over 6 hours. It imported from Garmin...then disappeared. I have now entered it *three* times--and it deletes it within a few minutes very time. Why?

Hey thanks for posting your question. When viewing your account status we are seeing that you have multiple partners linked to your account: fitbit, Strava, & Garmin. If you are now using Garmin Connect to track your activity, please disconnect fitbit. If Strava is linked with MyFitnessPal, please check to make sure that it is not also linked with Garmin. When tracking your ride you will also want to be sure to track it with Starva or Garmin but not both. Once we have ruled out redundant connections please track a new ride to see if it is still disappearing.

Warm Regards,
Logan

I'm only tracking with Strava and I have the same problem. Exercise appears on blog and in diary then disappears. I can add exercise manually.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble. Would you please try disconnecting the accounts and then relinking them to see if a fresh connection resolves your issue?
