MFP not displaying workouts from UA Record. ChrisMilne1893 — Jan 03, 2017 07:24PM PST
I use the UA Record, UA Band, UA Chest strap, and MFP. MFP is not being updated with the calories burned during exercise- I burned ~1000kcal today and MFP displays 0 calories under exercise. I have all the apps linked. Somedays everything updates fine, today nothing. Any thoughts?

Please accept our apologies for any confusion surrounding your adjustment. If you are seeing your step count and a 0 for the adjustment, then it may be that you have not yet earned an adjustment.
The adjustment is actually not based on your step count, but instead based on your entire activity for the day. The step count is there as an incentive and though it does contribute to part of your activity level, it’s not the sole contributor. Therefore x amount of steps does not mean you will receive x amount of extra calories.
The way the adjustment is derived is by comparing your total calories burned from your tracker against the total calories already provided by MyFitnessPal. When you have earned more calories than MyFitnessPal has already provided, you will then see the difference as your adjustment.
You can view a breakdown of this calculation by either tapping on the adjustment line in the app, or by clicking the “i” next to the adjustment line in the Cardiovascular section online at www.MyFitnessPal.com
Please note the total calories from MyFitnessPal will include any calories instantly provided by manually adding exercise to MyFitnessPal, along with the calories needed to reach the goals you set when joining the program.

If you are not receiving any adjustment, meaning there is not even a 0, then there may actually be a technical problem. For this we would recommend trying to unlink your partner on the main website at www.MyFitnessPal.com, via the Apps tab and then find your partner on the right hand side and click on it, then follow the steps to disconnect. Once disconnected online at MyFitnessPal, then confirm within your Partner app that MyFitnessPal is no longer connected.
Then try force quitting both apps, wait about 15 minutes, log back into both apps, and reconnect them again. Then make sure to go back into the MyFitnessPal app and reassign your Steps partner.
