Estoy siguiendo la pauta del libro "adelgazar sin milagros", donde recomienda 1grProteinax1KgPeso, y 0.5gr grasax kg peso. Pero no estoy segura de los hidratos porque no lo dice. Por ej. yo peso 74kg y mido 1,62. Deberé repartir en 5 comidas los 74grms de proteinas y la mitad de grasa. Unos 600/700 calorias. Pero y el resto?
