mfp shows connected to fitbit account but does not update steps from fitbit. mfp always shows 0 steps. have disconnected and reconnected. have removed mfp and reinstalled mfp. have verified that fitbit is primary source for steps. please advise...

Thank you for taking the time to post in the MyFitnessPal support center. We are seeing an issue with your token refresh, I went ahead and disconnected Fitbit from MFP, before relinking can you please go to Fitbit. com and revoke MFP permissions, then re-link?
Please let me know if this fixes things.

I am confused on how to revoke permissions. I don't see that as an option in my fitbit app nor on fitbit.com

Sorry for the confusion, you would find it at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps
It should say “revoke access”.
