Fitbit Charge HR and MFP not syncing lmunn — Jan 18, 2017 08:04AM PST
Recently my fitbit app stopped syncing with MFP. I have deleted both apps, restarted my iPhone and re-installed both apps but my steps/activity are not being reflected in MFP. Please help!

Thank you for taking the time to post your question.
Your account is showing on MyFitnessPal as having an expired access token, meaning Fitbit has revoked access.
However, it should be easy to fix.
To fix this, log into your Fitbit account, click the gear icon and choose “settings”.
Once inside the settings, click the Applications tab and locate MyFitnessPal. Once you find MyFitnessPal click “revoke” access.
Once you revoke access on Fitbit you will need to go back to MyFitnessPal and relink.
Additionally, once relinked please make sure you have Fitbit chosen as your primary step source within the MyFitnessPal app, which could be causing the adjustment not to come through. Would you please select Steps from the app menu and choose Fitbit as your primary step source.
Hope this helps! We wish you the best of luck in meeting and maintaining all your fitness goals!

When I go to "settings" and "applications", MFP is not showing and there is no where to search for it.

Thanks for following up with us. Since it is not showing as being linked in fitbit, we’ve disconnected the accounts on our end. Please wait 15 minutes from the time of this reply, before attempting to relink the accounts via our website, www.myfitnesspal.com, in the Apps tab. Once link return to fitbit.com to confirm that it is also showing as being connected under Applications now. Then reselect fitbit as your step source in MyFitnessPal, log a few hundred new steps with your tracker, and manually initiate a sync in fitbit, followed by another in MyFitnessPal.
