Weight Progress gellopudding — Jan 20, 2017 06:13AM PST

My Weight history prior to 2017 no longer shows on my iOS application. Although the website still has it. I synched the device multiple times successfully, but still no weight graph, just a straight horizontal line.

gellopudding,

Thanks for getting back in touch with us.

If you don’t mind can you please contact us here directly with a screen shot of the screen you are seeing on your end? This may help us better understand the issue.

To take a screen shot on your iOS device, follow these steps:

1 – Hold the “sleep/wake” button on the top of the device

2 – Within the next three seconds, also press the “Home” button on the front of the device

3 – When the screen flashes white, release both buttons

4 – The screenshot will be added to your Photos app, in the Camera Roll area.

Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

You should be able to change your date rang to see your weight loss by tapping the upper right hand option on the progress screen to change your date range.

Hope this helps to clarify,

Sorry I did not make myself clear. I can see the range, but I see a flat line up until 10Jan. So all weight reading prior to that date DONT show on my iphone. They do show on my PC.
