Fitbit Calorie Adjustment Line No Longer Appears on My Exercise Diary GreyhoundGuru — Jan 22, 2017 06:21PM PST
First off - my MFP and Fitbit accounts are linked...I can see my daily Fitbit step count and sleep minutes in MFP. My food entries from MFP show up in Fitbit. It appears that I do not have any syncing issues.
However, I noticed the over the course of the last few months, the Fitbit Calorie Adjustment Line has completely disappeared from my Exercise Diary.
I completely understand that I may have a "0" calorie adjustment, but I should still see a line under the Cardiovascular section in my Exercise Diary that says "Calorie Adjustment" (even if the calories burned is zero).
I generally use the website desktop versions of MFP and Fitbit, however, I have both MFP and Fitbit android apps installed on my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone, as well. I have checked every setting between the 2 systems (in both the android apps and in the website desktop sites), but I am unable to resolve the issue.
I wish I could send you a screen shot to show you exactly what I'm referring to, but I don't see a way to upload one.
Again - I do not appear to have a syncing issue. The issue is that the Calorie Adjustment LINE no longer appears on my Exercise Diary.
I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the trouble with your fitbit integration. When we view the account we are seeing that the accounts were relinked yesterday and that fitbit been selected as the source for step tracking. Please open the Menu, select Steps, and click on fitbit to make it your source for step tracking. Then log a few hundred new steps with your tracker, and initiate a manual sync in fitbit, followed by another in MyFitnessPal.

When I awoke this morning, the Fitbit Calorie Adjustment has reappeared! I didn't have to do anything on my end.
Thank you SO MUCH!!
