MFP & Runkeeper are not syncing ttarmoom — Jan 26, 2017 09:18AM PST

Up until a few days ago, the RunKeeper feed has stopped showing up in MFP. I have disconnected and reconnected several times but it still has not been syncing. The RunKeeper support page at https://support.runkeeper.com/hc/en-us/articles/205017859-Partner-App-Syncing-Chart states the feed is a pull from MFP rather than a push from RunKeeper, so I wanted to start here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to post your question and my apologies for any trouble.

If your exercises from Runkeeper or any partner program are not moving from them to MyFitnessPal we would encourage you to contact them directly. The way our API works, the partner program is responsible for sending us any data created within their program. Once we receive this data we display the information in your Exercise Diary for them. Please note that only present and future exercises will transfer and none of the past workouts at this time.

I have double checked and our API is currently running and data is moving between the two programs.

You may want to try disconnecting these accounts and reconnecting them to see if this helps.

Runkeeper should be able to resolve the issue for you.
